Đợt này Bi Bi ốm hơi lâu. Uống thuốc rồi mà vẫn chưa khỏi. Ăn gì, Bi Bi cũng ọe... ọe... Bà nấu cháo, vừa đưa một thìa vào miệng, Bi Bi đã ọe... Đưa cốc sữa lên miệng cũng ọe... Chỉ có cơm là Bi Bi còn chịu ăn vài thìa. Chẳng là trước đây, mẹ cho Bi Bi ăn cháo, uống sữa liên tục, chả cho ăn cơm, cho nên ngán quá. Bây giờ cứ động đến cháo, sữa là Bi Bi buồn nôn.

Mấy ngày liền như thế, Bi Bi gầy hẳn đi. Bọn giặc Ốm trốn trong tế bào, nhân cơ hội đó xông ra.

- Tấn công nào!

Lúc này, các bác Thuốc đã ngấm vào người, cùng với bạn Đề kháng chống lại lũ giặc ốm. Mấy bạn Đề kháng lừa lúc bọn giặc Ốm không để ý liền xông ra, phun vào bọn chúng. Nhưng đội quân Đề kháng cũng ít quân, lại hơi yếu, cho nên bị bọn giặc Ốm đá ngã xiêu ngã vẹo.

Ông Ngoại bảo:

- Bi Bi không ăn gì cho nên các em Đề kháng bị yếu. Cháu chịu khó ăn tí cháo nhé.

Nghe đến cháo, Bi Bi suýt ọe... Nhớ lời ông dặn, Bi Bi cố ghìm lại, trả lời:

- Vâng ạ, cháu ăn tý cháo thôi!

Bà lấy gạo nấu một chút cháo loãng cho Bi Bi ăn với đường. Cháo này không đặc quánh giống cháo trước đây mẹ thường cho ăn nên Bi Bi thấy không khó nuốt lắm. Thế là bé húp một thìa, hai thìa, lại thìa nữa...

Hôm sau, Bi Bi bảo bà nấu cơm cho ăn. Vì Bi Bi vẫn thích ăn cơm hơn. Lấy được tinh thần rồi, Bi Bi không thấy buồn nôn nữa. Nhờ thế Bi Bi ăn hết gần nửa bát cơm cùng với thịt lợn rim và canh bắp cải. Đến trưa, Bi Bi lại còn uống được một cốc sữa nữa.

Nhờ được cơm, thức ăn tiếp sức, các bạn Đề kháng khỏe hẳn lên. Các bạn bèn tổ chức tấn công chống lại lũ giặc Ốm. Hai ba nào... Các bạn đồng loạt xông lên đánh đá túi bụi vào lũ giặc Ốm. Bị Bất ngờ, chúng chạy tán loạn. Lúc này, các bạn Đề kháng cũng đã gần đuối sức cho nên không đuổi theo bọn giặc Ốm được. Hai bên lui quân thủ thế.

Nhưng nhờ thế trận cân bằng, mà Bi Bi thấy không buồn nôn nữa. Bi Bi ăn cơm với thịt và rau, uống thuốc, lại ăn thêm mấy múi cam, uống một cốc nước lọc.

Các bạn Đề kháng khỏe hẳn lên, tổ chức đợt tấn công cuối cùng. Bạn Đề kháng lớn nhất hô:

- Tiến lên, đạp nào!

Cả nhóm xông lên, đạp thẳng vào thân lũ giặc ốm. Nhiều tên bị hất văng xuống đường thải của cơ thể, ngập trong nước tiểu, sặc sụa. Có mấy tên còn bị đá mạnh quá, văng xuống ruột già, chung số phận với phân và bị thải ra ngoài, chịu mùi hôi thối mà không kêu được một tiếng.

Cuối cùng, Bi Bi đã chiến thắng bọn giặc ốm, khỏe lại và đi đến lớp mẫu giáo.

Khi không chịu ăn rau, quả, cơ thể thiếu chất, thiếu lính bảo vệ cho nên bọn vi trùng tha hồ chạy vào đánh các nơi. Nó đánh vào miệng tung bành té bãi, miệng kêu khóc nhưng không ai biết, thế là bị bao nhiêu vết thương. Bây giờ, cháu phải uống thuốc và ăn nhiều rau quả nhé.

Bác sĩ cho đơn thuốc – loại này phải hòa vào một chén nước, khuấy đều cho tan, ngậm vào miệng một lúc rồi mới nuốt.

Bi Bi làm theo bác sĩ. Bé ngậm một ngụm thuốc đầy. Lập tức, các chàng dũng sĩ thuốc tách khỏi bột thuốc, tiến vào cơ thể tìm diệt bọn vi trùng. Hai bên đánh nhau kịch liệt. Các dũng sĩ thuốc đá bọn vi trùng ngã rạp, nôn mửa ra làm cho Bi Bi thấy đắng cả miệng. Sau một đợt, các dũng sĩ thuốc bị hy sinh hết. Bi Bi lại ngậm một ngụm thuốc nữa. Các dũng sĩ thuốc lại lao vào tấn công. Cứ thế, Bi Bi uống hết một chén thuốc, giết được bọn vi trùng hung hăng nhất.

Đêm ấy, Bi Bi thấy đỡ đau, nhưng vì còn bọn vi trùng ẩn náu trong người nên chưa khỏi nhiệt miệng. Hôm sau, Bi Bi lại ngậm rồi uống thuốc, Lại một bọn vi trùng bị tiêu diệt. Cứ như thế ba hôm kiền, các trận chiến đấu ác liệt diễn ra trong người Bi Bi giữa các dũng sĩ thuốc và bọn vi trùng, cuối cùng đã tiêu diệt hết bọn vi trùng. Bi Bi đến khám lại, bác sĩ bảo:

- Cháu khỏi rồi! Nhưng muốn không bị lại thì phải có nhiều lính bảo vệ hơn nữa. Cháu ăn nhiều rau như rau muống, bắp cải, rồi các loại quả như cam, táo, chuối...

Bi Bi vâng dạ rồi cùng ông ra về.

Tuy vậy, nhìn thấy rau, quả, Bi Bi lại thấy chan chán vì từ bé mẹ cứ xay nhuyễn các thứ thành một lọai bột xền xệt cho ăn, rồi lại ăn bột HIP, cho nên chưa quen các bạn hoa quả rau dưa lắm. Bỗng nhiên Bi Bi nghe tiếng nói từ bên trong thân mình:

- Bi Bi ơi, trong này còn mấy thằng vi trùng chưa chết, chúng bảo nhau trốn kỹ vào thịt chị, khi nào các dũng sĩ thuốc ra ngoài hết, chúng sẽ vùng lên cắn chị đấy!

Bi Bi nghe ra, bắt đầu làm thân với tất cả các loại rau, quả. Bạn cam ngọt ngọt chua chua lúc đầu làm cho Bi Bi hơi rùng mình, nhưng khi quen rồi, lại thấy ngọt mát, rất dễ chịu. Bạn rau muống hơi cưng cứng nhưng lại ngọt bùi, cùng với bạn nước mắm làm cho Bi Bi thấy ngon miệng quá. Cứ thế, các loại rau, quả ngày nào cũng được đưa vào cơ thể Bi Bi. Khi bạn cam xông vào, lũ vi trùng rú lên vì xót quá. Khi bạn rau muống nhảy vào, bọn vi trùng như bị gậy phang đau quằn quại rồi bị xơ rau kéo theo đường ruột ra ngoài. Cơ thể Bi Bi được các bạn dũng sĩ vừa bảo vệ, vừa làm cho khỏe lên trông thấy.

Thế là Bi Bi khỏi hắn. Các dũng sĩ thuốc bảo:

- Bây giờ bạn khỏe lắm rồi, tôi không phải bảo vệ nữa. Hàng ngày, các bạn rau quả sẽ canh gác cơ thể cho bạn!

Bi Bi chia tay các bạn thuốc, không quên cám ơn các bạn đã giúp đỡ mình chiến thắng lũ vi trùng!

Bi Bi's body was now guarded and strengthened by the brave fruit and vegetable warriors, making a visible difference in their health.

And so, Bi Bi was victorious. The medicine warriors declared, "You are now strong and healthy, and we no longer need to protect you. The fruit and vegetable warriors will continue to safeguard your body!"

With gratitude, Bi Bi bid farewell to the medicine warriors, expressing heartfelt appreciation for their invaluable assistance in conquering the bacteria.

CÁI BÁNH BƯỚNG BỈNH

Ông bà Nội tổ chức sinh nhật cho Bi Bi. Nhiều người đến dự, vui ơi là vui. Hôm nay rất đông người. Mọi người thấy Bi Bi về đến nhà, đều nói: "Chúc mừng sinh nhật!" Bi Bi phấn khởi, chạy vào nhà và chào lớn: "Cháu chào ông bà Nội và các ông bà, các bác, các cô chú ạ!"

Khi chiếc bánh được cắt ra, Bi Bi mang cho ông bà Nội hai miếng đặt trong đĩa.

- Nào chúc mừng nào, xin mời ăn bánh nào......

- Bi Bi ngoan quá, sao hôm nay Bi Bi nhanh nhẹn thế nhỉ...

Bố của Bi Bi mới nói:

- Bi Bi ơi, đến lượt Bi Bi ăn bánh nào !

- Vâng ạ!

Bi Bi cầm cái bánh lên để ăn thì bánh bị rơi xuống đĩa.

Bi Bi lấy tay bốc bánh thì bánh lại lẩn đi chỗ khác... Không hiểu sao lại như vậy!

Bố của Bi Bi nói:

- Bi Bi đưa tay cho bố xem nào?

Bi Bi xòe hai bàn tay trước mặt bố.

- Thảo nào... Tay con bẩn nên cái bánh nó sợ, nó run run và lẩn trốn con đấy! Thôi, con đi rửa tay đi!

Nhìn lại bàn tay, Bi Bi thấy có những vết mực tím. Lại còn có cả vết sơn nữa. Bi Bi vội đi vào phòng vệ sinh rửa tay kỹ càng bằng xà phòng. Xong rồi, Bi Bi trở lại phòng khách. Khi cầm bánh, Bi Bi thích thú vì cái bánh ngoan ngoãn nằm gọn trong tay Bi Bi luôn. Thích quá, Bi Bi đưa miếng bánh lên miệng. Nhưng vừa chạm môi thì oạch một cái, chiếc bánh đã nhày trở lại đĩa. Bi Bi cầm bánh đưa lên miệng lần nữa, chiếc bánh lại nhảy về đĩa như lần trước. Ôi, hôm nay làm sao mà bánh bướng bỉnh thế nhỉ? Bi Bi thử làm lại một lần nữa. Vẫn chẳng khác gì. Trời ơi, bọn bánh hôm nay bị hâm hết rồi hay sao ý nhỉ! Bi Bi liền dùng hai tay cầm chắc miếng bánh đưa vào miệng. Lạ quá, bánh bị hai bàn tay giữ chặt, không nhảy về đĩa được, nhưng lại đẩy tay ra, làm cho miệng không thể nào cắn được!

- Sao ấy nhở ....chết rồi! – Bi Bi chợt nhớ ra.

Đặt cái bánh xuống, Bi Bi bảo:

- Bố xem hộ con xem nào! Con chơi trò chơi nên có nhiều phẩm màu vào miệng con rồi. Bố xem có đúng không?

- Chính xác luôn! Bi Bi tự biết như thế là hay quá. Nào, đi rửa ráy cho sạch sẽ đi!

Vào phòng vệ sinh, soi gương thì thấy bọn phẩm màu đang nhảy nhót ngay trên môi. Eo ơi, sợ quá. Thảo nào bọn bánh cứ đẩy tay ra!

Rồi bố lấy cái khăn nhúng nước ấm lau miệng cho Bi Bi làm cho bọn màu biến mất.

Lần này thì lũ bánh đã ngoan ngoãn vâng lời Bi Bi. Bi Bi lại ăn ngon lành. Chẳng đợi bố bảo, Bi Bi tự nhủ: "Từ nay, trước khi ăn, phải rửa tay, lau miệng sạch sẽ mới được". Đúng lúc ấy thì có tiếng vỗ tay vang lên, rồi tiếng bác Hùng bảo:

- Xin mời Bi Bi lên chỗ ngồi đẹp nhất để mọi người chúc mừng và tặng quà nào!

THE MISCHIEVOUS CAKE

Bi Bi's grandparents organized a birthday party for him. Many people attended and it was a joyous occasion. There were a lot of guests today. When Bi Bi arrived home, everyone greeted him, saying, "Happy birthday!" Bi Bi was excited and ran into the house, greeting his grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

When the cake was cut, Bi Bi brought two slices to his grandparents and placed them on a plate.

"Congratulations! Please have some cake," he said.

"Bi Bi, you're so well-behaved. Why are you so quick and nimble today?" his father said.

Bi Bi's father then said, "Bi Bi, it's your turn to have some cake!"

"Yes, Dad!" Bi Bi replied.

As Bi Bi lifted the cake to eat, it fell onto the plate. Every time he tried to pick it up, the cake slipped away. He couldn't understand why it kept happening!

Bi Bi's father said, "Let me see your hands, Bi Bi."

Bi Bi opened his hands in front of his father.

"Oh no... Your hands are dirty, so the cake is afraid, it shivers and tries to escape from you! Well, go wash your hands!"

Looking at his hands, Bi Bi noticed some purple ink stains and even some paint marks. He quickly went to the bathroom and washed his hands thoroughly with soap.
