As Kosu and the team began their journey to the crystal cavern, they couldn't help but think about the legend of the hero and his dragon. It was said that the hero had found a way to coexist with his dragon, without any harm coming to either of them. Perhaps, that was the answer they were looking for.

Ryota spoke up, breaking the silence. "I have heard of the Separation grass before. It's a rare herb that can only be found in the coldest regions of the dungeon. It's known to have the power to sever the bond between an alpha monster and its host."

"Then that's what we need to find," Sakura said determinedly. "Let's move quickly."

As they approached the crystal cavern, they were ambushed by a group of ice elementals. Kosu and Sakura drew their swords while Ryota unleashed a barrage of spells, quickly taking down the elementals.

They continued deeper into the cavern, navigating through the maze of glittering crystals. Suddenly, they heard a loud roar coming from a nearby tunnel.

"That must be the Alpha Monster," Kosu said. "Let's go!"

They followed the sound of the roar and found themselves face to face with two Alpha Monsters - Ice Golems. The creatures were towering beings made of pure ice and they attacked the team without hesitation.

Kosu took the lead, charging towards the first Ice Golem with his sword in hand. Sakura and Ryota followed closely behind, using their magic to attack the monster from a distance.

Kosu and Sakura swung their swords at the monster's head, but it was no use. The scales were too tough. Meanwhile, Ryota cast spell after spell, trying to weaken the monster.

The Ice Golem swung its massive arms, trying to smash Kosu with its icy fists. Kosu managed to dodge the first few strikes, but the monster's attacks were relentless.

Meanwhile, Ryota was chanting a spell, his hands glowing with a bright light. He unleashed a blast of magic energy that hit the Ice Golem in the chest, causing it to stumble back.

Sakura used this opportunity to charge forward, her sword glowing with a blue light. She slashed at the Ice Golem's legs, causing chunks of ice to shatter and fall to the ground.

Kosu saw his chance and leaped onto the back of the Ice Golem. He drove his sword deep into the monster's core, causing it to roar in pain.

The Ice Golem collapsed to the ground, shattered into a million pieces. The team quickly turned to the second Ice Golem, which was now charging towards them with fury in its eyes.

But Kosu was ready. He focused his mind, channeling his energy into his sword. With a single strike, he unleashed his Mind Slash technique, hitting the second Ice Golem's core and destroying it in a blinding flash.

"Good job, Kosu!" Sakura yelled. "Let's finish this!"

With renewed vigor, the team continued their attack on the Alpha Monster. Finally, it collapsed to the ground, defeated.

"We defeated it! Now let's go and get that herb already!" Kosu said.

As they climbed higher and higher, the air grew colder and the crystals surrounding them became denser. Eventually, they reached the highest point of the cavern, where a small patch of mystic grass was growing. The grass was unlike any they had ever seen, shimmering in the dim light of the cavern. Its leaves were thin and transparent, with veins that glowed a soft blue. The roots of the grass were embedded in a layer of ice, and as they approached, the grass seemed to pulse with a gentle light.

Sakura carefully cut a few stalks of the grass with her knife, and the team observed the grass as they descended back down the cavern. The air around them seemed to grow warmer and lighter as they held the grass. The grass had a calming effect on them, and they felt a sense of peace wash over them. They knew that this was the key to saving Jinpei and separating him from Drake.

But they still had to face the dangers of the dungeon, and Black Sun was still lurking in the shadows. With the separation grass in hand, they knew they had to hurry back to the Adventurer's Guild and save Jinpei before it was too late.
