Solution: Check regularly for the presence of employees. It's best to check in on a daily basis, and there should be occasional check-ins to see how many employees are present at any given time during working hours. In this way, they will become more careful, rarely absent without permission, and help us avoid the situation of employees avoiding work. 

The reasons: Besides, we should also find out for what reasons the employee is absent. Often, because of stress and overwork, employees become fatigued and disgruntled, so they may be absent. Another reason could be because their manager doesn't care about them, and doesn't give them a chance to explain or listen to their requests.
