It has been weeks since Y/n was accepted into NRC, she's getting used to the life as the only female student in this school. While Ace and Deuce are being super supportive, there's a person who doesn't give a care about her. And that specific someone is Ruggie Bucchi.
  It's not like Y/n was desperate for Ruggie's attention or anything, he was just "a bit" cold towards her and kind of rude. Many students, including Leona Kingscholar and Vil Schoenheit, respect and treasure her a lot. Y/n was helped by them and she helped them back, that's the simplest thing in this whole world, and Ruggie just seemed to rush her off. 
   The clearest example is back when Y/n was helping with the accidents happened at Magift, not only her help was denied but Ruggie was the one behind all the accidents. But he wasn't the only one at fault, Leona was behind this and he was even a bigger threat. The moment Leona laid his hand on Ruggie, he was almost killed. After everything was solved, Y/n felt relief, not because her task was done but everyone was safe and sound. A week later after that incident, Y/n was the one to keep coming to Ruggie's room to check him out. 

Y/n: Ruggie-senpai, I brought you donuts!

   Y/n asked everyone at Savanaclaw about Ruggie's favorite food and it turned out to be donut, that's why she made some and brought it just for him. And it was definitely a huge success, Ruggie happily ate them all within a minute. 

Ruggie: So? 

  Ruggie was still chewing with that mouth full of donuts while talking to Y/n.

Ruggie: Why don't you give up coming here already? 

Y/n: Wouldn't you be lonely?

Ruggie: Nah, I'm used to it.

Y/n: Are you pushing me away?

Ruggie: Maybe.

    That 'maybe' of him hits Y/n hard, she did everything for him just to receive a 'Maybe'. 

Y/n: Does your neck feel any better?

Ruggie: Duh, if not how can I eat this quick.

Y/n: Ahaha.. right..

   Ruggie looked around the room like he was looking for someone though no one else is there besides them both. Classes are about to start so Y/n took her leave and say goodbye to Ruggie, he ignored her and continued to read the books that Rook bought him, it's full of pictures, a perfect choice for someone who doesn't like to read as much. 
  Grim also wondered about why Y/n kept caring about Ruggie while he already has his friends. Y/n said nothing but smiled, she remembered Leona's words when he strangled Ruggie and couldn't help but asking herself, is Ruggie also suffering from something like that, what if he got into trouble again. Having grown up in a poor environment must be hard for him, so as to prevent bad things happen to Ruggie, Y/n made a plan to take care of him from that day on. But all of that was partly the reason why, It's mainly because Y/n has a small crush on him.  
  The next day Y/n came to see him, Ruggie wasn't there on his bed. A nurse said that he went out since early morning but he has recovered so she didn't stop him from going out. Y/n nodded in disappointment and left but soon stopped by someone who blocked the door.

Ruggie: What's wrong? Did anyone do something to you?

Y/n: ... S-senpai? I thought you were finding Leona-senpai.

Ruggie: No, not now. I'm still a bit mad with Leona-san.

Y/n: Cause he harmed you?

Ruggie: That's a point. Care to join for a walk?

Y/n: I'd love to! 

  Seeing Ruggie being this energetic, Y/n was happy, it's rare to get closer to him like this so Y/n doesn't know what to say. The one to start the conversation is Ruggie, Y/n was thankful that he finally said something to break this awkward atmosphere.

Ruggie: No donuts today?

Y/n: I just got injured from the flying class.. so Grim didn't let me do anything.

Ruggie: What? Where? Did it hurt?

    Y/n was full of surprise when Ruggie started searching for her injury, she got bandages on her right arm so it's noticeable. 

Ruggie: Ehem, not like I'm worried or anything but please take care of yourself, if you keep getting yourself hurt like this I'll have no donuts to eat.

Y/n: Ahaha, roger that, Senpai. By the way, why are you carrying that basket full of cherries?

Ruggie: This? It's for Trey.

Y/n: Baking again?

Ruggie: Yeah.

  Ruggie took one of the cherries inside the basket and ate it.

Y/n: Uhm... Isn't that supposed to be for Trey-senpai?

Ruggie: There's a lot, he wouldn't mind.

Y/n: Oh, okay. Senpai, have you heard that If someone can tie a cherry stem into a knot with their tongue, that means they may be a good kisser?

Ruggie: Nope, haven't heard of that. But I'll try.

   And so Ruggie did, he took another cherry and ate it, putting the stem inside his mouth, Ruggie dexterously tied it into a knot.

Ruggie: Tadaa~

Y/n: Oh wow... You're good at things like this.

Ruggie: What do you mean 'things like this', I'm good at everything.

  Before Y/n could realized what was going on, Ruggie placed on her lips a kiss while wrapping both of his arms around her hips.

Y/n: Wen..wai (Senpai)...

  Ruggie parted their kiss with a mischievous smirk on his face.

Ruggie: You like it don't you? Guess the rumour what true, I am a good kisser~ 

 He then left Y/n standing in confusion, she had her first kiss with her crush? And that day, Y/n's mind was on cloud nine.
