Kosu immediately picks up his phone and dials Sakura's number, his heart racing with anticipation. After a few rings, Sakura answers the phone.

"Kosu, what's going on?" she asks, concern evident in her voice.

"Jinpei's condition has stabilized," Kosu says, a note of relief in his voice. "He's awake and responsive now."

"That's great news," Sakura says with a sigh of relief. "Ryota and I are currently pursuing Dr.Kuro. We've got him cornered, but he's putting up a fight."

"I'm glad to hear that," Kosu says. "Be careful, though. Dr.Kuro is not to be underestimated."

As Sakura and Ryota close in on Dr.Kuro, they notice that he seems to be surrounded by a strange aura. His eyes are glowing with an intense red light, and his movements are quick and jerky.

"What is going on with him?" Ryota asks, his hand on the hilt of his sword.

"I don't know, but we have to be careful," Sakura says, her eyes narrowed in suspicion. "Something is not right here."

Dr. Kuro chuckles as he sees the two approaching. "I was wondering when you'd catch up to me," he says with a sly grin. "But I'm afraid you're too late to stop me."

"Stop you from what?" Sakura demands, her sword at the ready.

Dr. Kuro's grin widens. "You'll find out soon enough," he says, as he prepares to attack.

Sakura and Ryota quickly move in to attack Dr. Kuro from both sides, hoping to catch him off guard. But as they strike, a wave of energy emanates from Dr. Kuro, knocking them back and leaving them dazed.

"You're stronger than we thought," Ryota grunts, struggling to get back to his feet.

"You have no idea," Dr. Kuro says with a smirk. "But I'm afraid I can't let you interfere with my plans."

As the two prepare to charge once more, a shadowy figure steps forward from the shadows. It's one of the Black Sun's top officers, and he's wielding a massive sword.

"You've been a thorn in our side for too long," he says, his voice cold and menacing. "It's time for you to pay the price."

Sakura and Ryota exchange a quick glance, and then charge at the officer with all their might, ready to engage in a fierce battle. The officer, with a confident smirk, stepped forward to meet them. The fight began with a clash of swords, as Sakura's blade clashed against the officer's, sparks flying from the impact.

Ryota quickly followed up with a flurry of punches, but the officer easily dodged them, sending a swift kick to Ryota's side that sent him flying across the room. Sakura, seeing her friend in trouble, launched herself at the officer, slashing her sword with deadly precision. The officer managed to block most of the strikes, but one blow landed on his shoulder, causing him to stagger backwards.

But the officer wasn't beaten yet. He unleashed a powerful blast of energy from his hand, sending Sakura tumbling to the ground. Ryota, who had recovered from the earlier blow, rushed towards the officer, trying to distract him. But the officer was too skilled, and he quickly dodged Ryota's attacks.

The two adventurers were no match for the Black Sun officer's incredible power. They were quickly outmatched and outmaneuvered at every turn. They fought bravely, but it was clear that they were outmatched.

Sakura and Ryota were panting heavily, their strength waning. The Black Sun officer stood before them, his eyes cold and calculating. They had given it their all, but it seemed like they were no match for the power of the Black Sun.

Dr. Kuro watches with a sinister grin as the battle rages on, reveling in the chaos he's caused. Sakura and Ryota glared at Dr. Kuro, who stood before them with an air of smugness.

"Tell us, what was your plan with Jinpei?" Sakura demanded, crossing her arms.

Dr. Kuro chuckled, his eyes scanning the room before finally settling on Sakura. "My plan was quite simple, really," he said, a smirk playing at the corners of his lips. "I wanted to see what would happen if an Alpha Monster absorbed the dungeon's heart while still bonded to a human. And it seems my experiment was a success."

Ryota's fists clenched at his sides, his eyes narrowing. "You're sick," he growled.

Dr. Kuro shrugged. "Perhaps. But I'm also a scientist. And this was an experiment I simply couldn't resist."

Sakura shook her head in disgust. "What happened to Jinpei was not an experiment, it was torture," she spat.

Dr. Kuro merely shrugged. "You're entitled to your opinion. But I've already accomplished what I came here to do, and now it's time for me to move on to bigger and better things."

With that, Dr. Kuro turned and made his way towards the door, followed closely by the Black Sun officer.

Sakura and Ryota were left standing there, seething with anger and frustration.

"How could he do something like this?" Sakura said, her voice trembling with emotion.

Ryota shook his head. "I don't know, but we need to make sure he pays for what he's done."

As they made their way out of the building, Sakura pulled out her phone and dialed Kosu's number.

"Kosu, we found Dr. Kuro, but he got away with a Black Sun officer. And he just told us his plan," Sakura explained, her voice strained.

Kosu's voice was filled with concern. "What plan? Is Jinpei okay?"

"He's stable for now, but Dr. Kuro was conducting some kind of experiment on him," Sakura replied. "We need to catch him before he can hurt anyone else."

Kosu sighed. "Understood. I'll meet you two at the Adventurer's Guild. We need to come up with a plan."

With that, the trio set off towards the Adventurer's Guild, their minds racing with the possibilities of what Dr. Kuro could do next.
