Background: Shinji Hayashi is the next Kamen Rider Vulcan, he is the successor of Isamu Fuwa. He is the boyfriend of Nagisa Nakajima and owner of his own cafe he's inherited from his late Mother. He was clean up the garbage until he see a girl on the garbage area, he take care of the girl as she ask him to let her living with him, and he accept it. As she work as a cafe waitrerss, however she learn about her debt, she left the cafe. Making Shinji surprise, he tried to find her, and see Nagisa been taken by the man who want to pay the debt. As Shinji told the police what happen, and arrest the man. Now Nagisa confessed her feeling toward Shinji, and they become couple. Later Shinji see Asuka is visit his cafe, and make a jokes, which is annoyed him. Now Shinji's personality change because of Asuka's jokes, and Nagisa take care of Shinji. When Shinji & Nagisa decide to leave as they both meet Tsukasa, and send to the world of Honkai Star Rail with power of Vulcan and Valkyrie.
