What are types of innovation/ initiatives you, as senior employees, would like to contribute to the development of the company. what are ideal conditions  that your managers can offer to facilitate your innovative actualization? (no more than 400 words)

As a deputy head of the Personnel Department, it is my responsibility to regularly monitor the status and work progress of the employees. Based on their whining, and their fatigue through stressful working days, I have a proposal for my manager to build the pantry area.
The pantry area is no stranger to foreign companies and modern offices but is the shortfall of our company. This is a resting and relaxing place for employees after tiring hours. Employees can have lunch or snack here with clean and safe food provided by the company, there are also indispensable entertainment activities such as billiards table, watching TV, playing ping-pong... which mind-blowing the employees. With the open space of the pantry area, employees can also bring their laptops here to create new inspiration, as well as being a comfortable meeting place, and can also organize enjoyable weekend events after working time at night.
The effectiveness of this design has been recognized by many major global companies. The pantry area not only helps employees reduce pressure, and less stress, but also increases their productivity and work efficiency. In addition, when employees talk about this fascinating treatment with their friends, it can also attract more talented people to join our company.
Because this is going to be an innovation that has a significant impact on the company as a whole, it needs a lot of support from the Head of the Personnel Department, who is also my manager. First, if my manager agrees to my initiative, he will have to submit an application to the Director General to discuss with him. The second is to calculate the budget to arrange the pantry area to fit the costs within the company. Finally, contact the designer and get to work. During this process, I will also try my best to assist my manager, in jointly creating the best pantry area for employees. The more comfortable employees are with their working environment, the more efficient company's development will be.

Là một phó trưởng phòng Bộ phận nhân sự, việc thường xuyên để ý trạng thái và tiến độ làm việc của các nhân viên là trách nhiệm của tôi. Dựa trên những lời than thở, trạng thái mệt mỏi của họ qua những ngày làm việc căng thẳng, tôi có đề xuất cho Trưởng phòng của tôi về việc xây dựng pantry area.

Pantry area không xa lạ gì với công ty nước ngoài và các văn phòng hiện đại, nhưng là sự thiếu hụt của công ty chúng tôi. Đây là nơi nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn dành cho nhân viên sau những giờ đồng hồ mệt mỏi. Nhân viên có thể ăn trưa hay ăn vặt ở đây với thực phẩm sạch và an toàn do công ty cung cấp, còn có các hoạt động giải trí không thể thiếu như bàn bi-a, xem tivi, chơi bóng bàn... giúp nhân viên giải tỏa đầu óc. Với không gian mở của pantry area, nhân viên còn có thể mang laptop ra đây sáng tạo thêm cảm hứng mới, đồng thời là nơi họp nhóm thoải mái và còn có thể tổ chức các sự kiện cuối tuần vui vẻ sau thời gian làm việc.

Hiệu quả của thiết kế này đã được công nhận bởi nhiều công ty lớn trên toàn cầu. Pantry area không chỉ giúp nhân viên giảm áp lực, bớt căng thẳng, mà còn tăng nâng suất và hiệu quả làm việc của họ. Ngoài ra, khi nhân viên đi kể về đãi ngộ hấp dẫn này với bạn bè xung quanh họ, thì còn có thể thu hút thêm những nhân tài gần xa.

Bởi vì đây sẽ là một innovation ảnh hưởng không nhỏ tới tổng thể công ty nên cần sự góp sức rất lớn từ Trưởng phòng Bộ phận nhân sự, cũng là quản lý của tôi. Đầu tiên, nếu Trưởng phòng đồng ý với sáng kiến của tôi thì sẽ phải đệ trình đơn lên tổng giám đốc để thương lượng với sếp ấy. Thứ hai là việc tính toán ngân sách để sắp xếp sao cho pantry area phù hợp với chi phí trong giới hạn của công ty. Cuối cùng là liên hệ với designer và bắt tay vào công việc. Trong quá trình này tôi cũng sẽ cố gắng hết sức để hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng, để cùng tạo ra một pantry area tốt nhất cho nhân viên.
