Background: Kenta Hasegawa is the next Hurricane Yellow, he is the successor of Kouta Bitou. He is the childhood best friend of Yuto Hideki when they are kids, and Kenta is idiot which Yuto call him that. Kenta often bullied because he like Anime and Tokusatsu, but he was save by Yuto Hideki. Later they become best friends as Kenta love Hurricaneger and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
