I'm still awake. I'm laying on Eren's bed. I'm clutching his key, sobbing. The door opens. It's Christa. She has a small leather satchel in her hands. I look at her. Her beauty snaps me into sense. Christa walks in and sits beside me. "Are you doing okay?"  I wipe away tears and keep myself from crying. "Yeah" I mumble. Christa frowns. "No you aren't " she sighs. She takes my hands into hers. "I came here to give you something". She reaches into her bag and pulls out an envelope. She hands it to me. "I found it in Eren's desk drawer back at Military academy".  I Iook down at the envelope. In big scrawling words, it read "ARMIN". I begin to leak tears again. I tear open the envelope and pull out a letter and something wrapped in a napkin. I place the wrapped thing down and read the letter

Armin,

                      We've always been friends. I can't wait until we graduate Military School and slay those titans. I know everyone says you're weak, but you're AMAZING. You're smart and have always had my back. I bet you'll be slaying titans by my side! Don't worry about what happens. I'm a survivor. You're a survivor. This is my dream and I'm not afraid to die. You're my best friend, and you're like the brother I never had (DON'T TELL MIKASA hahahah)   

Take this as something that will guard you! I believe you can do it!

I begin to sob. "T-thank you Eren" I whisper. I take the wrapped thing and tear it open. It's a wings of freedom pin. Over it is a note reading "TOOK A LOT OF MONEY TO BUY, BUT THIS WILL GUARD YOU". I clutch it against my chest and sob. I remember the boy who stood up for me. The boy who never gave up on me. Christa embraces me into a hug. I stop crying. "I know you miss him" she sighs. "But he'll be with you". She taps the pin. "Always". I look into her eyes. "T-Thank you Christa" I stutter. Suddenly, she leans in......and kisses me. My eyes widen. I pull her in close and embrace the warmth of her kiss. We finally separate our lips."W-W-What about Ymir, she'll kill me?" I sigh. "SO what!" Christa states. "I love you Armin....I've been wanting to say that for a while now". I wipe away tears. "I-I-I Love you t-too Christa" I stutter. I pull her in again and kiss her a second time. Rain began to fall from the sky. It banged on the window. I feel safe. Christa at my side.......and Eren's pin clutched in my hand.
