Bi Bi has a weak appetite, and her grandparents encourage her to eat healthily. The family usually has their meals at 6:30 pm. Like clockwork, every day at 6:30 am, they all gather at the dining table. Eating on time is essential for their biological clocks to function properly, ensuring that they eat well and enough.

However, these days are different. It's vacation time, and they've been at home for many days. Bi Bi is engrossed in watching the Fruit Robot movie on the BiBi channel. She particularly enjoys the part where the robot is in the green pasture and Lord Dragon comes to fight with the Fruit Robot. So, when her grandfather called her down for dinner, Bi Bi said:

Grandpa, the best part is coming up; let me finish it first!

Bi Bi kept getting up and sitting down, growing restless. Seeing this, her grandfather felt sorry for her and said:

Alright, when you're done watching, come down immediately!

Bi Bi replied:

Sure!

Someone wondered why Bi Bi hadn't come down to eat yet.

She's just finishing the Fruit Robot; she'll be down soon.

They continued eating, and Bi Bi still hadn't appeared. Her family called out to her:

Bi Bi, come down and eat.

Bi Bi replied:

I'm almost done with Fruit Robot. We're at the part where Tao Ngo and Nho Xinh have a Dual Swords Matching Spades duel. The movie is so captivating today, but it's taking longer than usual.

And so, Bi Bi lingered on, delaying the meal by about thirty minutes. Over the next few days, with the movie Fruit Robot playing during both lunch and dinner, Bi Bi continued to eat at the wrong times.

Then, one day, Bi Bi's mother took her to Thu Le Park. They enjoyed rides like the ferris wheel and roller coaster. Bi Bi had so much fun that she lost track of time. Her mother and Uncle Nga were also having a great time and didn't notice the time passing. It seemed like everyone's biological clock was disrupted when they entered the park. When they finally remembered, it was too late. Everyone's stomachs growled loudly, like alarm clocks ringing too late. They rushed home to have a meal.

After a nap in the afternoon, they went for a walk at Dong Da Lake. Bi Bi loved it there—the clear, blue lake, the expansive view, and the refreshing breeze. Suddenly, a ringing sound interrupted their peaceful time. It was Grandpa's phone ringing in his pocket. It was Grandma calling them home for dinner. They checked the time and were surprised: it was already 7 pm, half an hour past dinner time. Their biological clocks didn't remind them to return on time. When the phone rang, their biological clocks finally started working. The esophagus, tongue, and stomach urged them to eat. Even the rumbling in their stomachs increased. Bi Bi whispered an apology:

I'm sorry, guys. Next time, I'll make sure we eat on time so you don't have to growl like this.

That evening, Grandpa commented:

We've been inconsistent with our meal times, and it's affecting our biological clocks. We need to fix that!

The next day, at precisely 6:15 pm, Grandpa and Bi Bi came down to eat. Grandma was pleased:

You two are here so early today.

Grandpa explained:

We're trying to restore order to our biological clocks; otherwise, it gets too chaotic.

At that moment, Bi Bi heard a slight growling in her stomach. She looked at the clock and saw it was 6:30 pm, just in time for dinner. She marveled at how easy it was to fix the biological clock!
